Raye's Mustard

Jameson Tavern Style

Jameson Tavern, located next to L.L. Bean in Freeport, Maine, is considered the birthplace of the State of Maine. Commissioners met here to sign papers separating Maine from Massachusetts. First run as a stagecoach inn in the 1860s, today it is considered one of Maine's finest restaurants.
Jameson Tavern used this specially blended, sweet brown mustard in their signature dish.  It became popular on sandwiches and hamburgers and is great for dipping right out of the bottle.
