Raye's Old World Gourmet classic brown mustard will enhance any recipe calling for Dijon country style mustard. Wonderful with roast beef, lamb, pork and ham. Add to dill sauce for smoked salmon, herring or Gravad Lox. Adds zest to most salad dressings.
Old World Gourmet is representative of historically authentic mustards grown in Europe prior to World War I. It is grainy and robust in flavor and is the Granddaddy of today’s "country Dijon" style mustards.
