I use this mustard on everything, it's amazing.

So incredibly good!!!

No shocking at all, but one of the best mustards I've ever had. It's amazing by itself, or as a key ingredient in a vinaigrette or, my favorite, an aioli for salmon.

Nice hot and sour combination

Unexpectedly hot, in a good way, but the lemon takes the edge off immediately, like a hot and sour sauce. It's a very specific taste, and yet it goes well with anything, and I have tried it with many different breads, including rye, sprouted wheat, cranberry, and even blueberry.

Excellent product.
