"Too Easy" Mustard Mill Vinaigrette - With Raye's Winter Garden Mustard

Try this simple recipe on any greens or salad. Especially nice on salmon!
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbs. sweet paprika
- Quarter cup red wine vinegar
- One-half cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. (or adjust to taste) Raye's Winter Garden Mustard (link opens in new window)
Puree all ingredients. That's it!
