Subtle Taste That Complements Sausage

We enjoy pairing various Raye's Mustard varieties with sausage from our local home-town butcher. We highly recommend the Maniac Mac with Bratwurst. The apple flavor is subtle and the spice profile complements the quality bratwurst.

New favorite mustard

Schooner has been my standby, and I've loved lots of other releases, but Maniac Mac is my new favorite. Subtle, but different and delicious.

Delicious!

A little sweet, some apple flavor combined with mustard. I used it in a marinade for baked chicken, also with summer sausage, cheese and crackers. We love it!
