Nice hot and sour combination

Unexpectedly hot, in a good way, but the lemon takes the edge off immediately, like a hot and sour sauce. It's a very specific taste, and yet it goes well with anything, and I have tried it with many different breads, including rye, sprouted wheat, cranberry, and even blueberry.

Lemon Pepper Mustard good on Everything!

This has been our go-to mustard for years. We've used it in recipes calling for mustard and eat it on hot and cold sandwiches. Your Lemon Pepper is always in our frig, and there's always an extra in our cupboard.

Great summer flavor

I like to use this mustard to flavor meats and salads all year round, but especially in the summer. Excellent addition to a balsamic vinaigrette.

Rotisary Chicken

I have made rotisary chicken many times with the Lemon Pepper. Just smear it all over it and roast as normal. Keeps the moisture in and gives it great flavor.
